Shipping policy

Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. Because many Darling Details items are customized, handmade, or made to order, processing times may vary depending on the item and current order volume. Estimated processing and delivery times are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Darling Details is not responsible for carrier delays. if a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed. Customers should also use tracking information provided for delivery updates.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping charges will be calculated and added to the order.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Darling Details is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
