Due to the custom. personalized, and made to order nature of Darling Details products, all sales are final, No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are accepted.

Please review all selections, colors, sizes, personalization details, shipping information, and decal choices carefully before placing your order.

Shipping: Once and order has been completed and accepted by the shipping carrier, Darling details is not responsible for carrier delays. if you're package is lost or arrives damaged, Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item damaged due to an error by Darling Details, Please contact me promptly so I can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
